Notes
Notes can be added to an individual's profile either manually or they will automatically be added when someone has passed/failed a check. Notes are a good way to keep a record of information, that you can look back on within the portal and also on the PDF.
An example of notes added both manually and by updating a status of a check can be seen below in the portal.

To add notes manually, go into the Quick Actions Menu which you can find in the top right hand corner of an individuals profile and click the 'Add note' tile.
You will then be asked to fill in the following information:
- Title of the note
- Type of note e.g. comment, observation and advisory.
- The note itself
