Exporting to PDF

This article will provide you with the steps to download a PDF of an individual's checks and results. When downloading a PDF, there are three different PDF's you can download:

• Option 1: If you have sent a journey to an individual, such as an AML journey, you are able to download the full journey into a PDF, this includes any additional evidence or notes you have also added.
• Option 2: If you have only run manual checks on an individual, for example you may have just run a manual Address & Mortality and a PEPs & Sanctions data check, you can download these two manual checks into a PDF.
• Option 3: If you wish to download just one of the checks by itself, you can do this as well.

Option 1 & 2

To download either a PDF of a journey you have sent to an individual, or obtain a PDF containing manual checks you have run, you can use the method in the clickable walk through or by following the steps laid out underneath. 

If you are downloading results from a journey, please select 'process', whereas if you are downloading ad-hoc manual checks, please click 'active checks'.

1. Click 'Quick Actions' from within the individual's profile you wish to download a PDF for;

2. Select 'Export PDF Report';

3. You will then be presented with the below screen. If you are downloading a PDF for an individual that you have issued a journey for, please select 'process', whereas if you are downloading ad-hoc manual checks, please click 'active checks'. If you select 'process', you will then be asked to select which 'process' you wish to download and confirm the pages you wish to include. 

Option 3

If you wish to download just one part of the individuals check, for example just the ID Verification, you will be able to download the report by clicking 'View PDF' within the results section, as can be seen below.
