How can I initiate a check?

The easiest way to perform a check with Credas is to utilise one of our journeys.  We have created a range of journeys to allow us to onboard customers, verify identity documents etc.

When using a journey, you simply need to initiate the process & leave all the verification work to Credas. Credas will engage with your end users via email or SMS and capture all the information required to carry out a check.

Alternatively, if you already hold information on your customers, you can perform certain datachecks via the API. These checks include address & mortality, international screening, and bank account verification with results available immediately.

How can check results be accessed?

There are several ways to access the results of a Credas check. All service results are available within the Credas portal with a range of data available via the API.

Depending on your use case you may opt to access result information via JSON response or instead use one of Credas’s pre-formatted result PDF’s.
