Removing Users

If you would like to delete a user of the Credas platform, you will need to access the Admin Portal. To access it you need to click on the 'Portal' drop down within the header of your portal. You will then be presented with a drop down list. If you cannot see an option for 'Admin Portal', you do not have the relevant permissions and will need to speak to your administrator to add the relevant permissions.

1. To delete a user, you will need to click the actions button (the ellipses) as can be seen below

2. You will then be presented with a drop down menu

3. Click 'remove'
