End user account registration - Credentials recovery
We have made improvements to ensure account details can be recovered successfully for any end users that have create an account during the registration process. This will allow them to recover lost credentials and regain access.
End user account registration - Converting Password and PIN users to new 2FA method
We have made changes so that any existing end users that use Password and PIN (the previous method for account registration) will not be prompted to set up a new method of 2 factor authentication – either SMS where thy will receive an SMS access code – or Auth app where they can user an authenticator app of their choice.
End user account registration - Linking of accounts
Where an end user may have been invited by more than one client we have carried out development to ensure these accounts are linked when the end user signs in using their account login.
NFC Masterlist
We have updated the NFC masterlist to include any recently added documents.
Bugs
Bold text within terms info pages
We have fixed an issued where bold text was not rendering as configured within a terms/info page within a process.
Completion of a native process when user has second process which is web only
We have resolved an issue where an end user has two processes – one app based and one web based. The end user was being prevented from starting the native process previously.
App crash when uploading specific documents
We have resolved an intermittent issue with the app crashing due to some types of documents uploaded within a process.
Visibility of document options within IDV step
We have resolved an issue where some document options were being hidden if an end user navigated back and forth within the step.
Multi option lists not scrolling
We have rectified an issue with long multi option lists being cut off due to not being able to scroll
Deleted number questions still being submitted
We have resolved a bug where entered-then-deleted number fields were being submitted accidentally.
Unreproducible bugs identified via crash software
We have fixed a series of small crashes on both Core and Connect identified via our crash software. These crashes unreported are rare, but fixing them will provide a greater deal of stability to the app.
Uploading supporting documents
We have relabelled the button users need to select to save supporting documents uploaded from ‘Ok I’m done’ to ‘Save & Finish’ as we have had issues with the documents not being saved due to the end user not fully completing the step.
Address lookups in forms
We have rectified an issue with the scrolling when selecting an address using the address lookup
Set password screen
Resolved of an issue related to validation message showing incorrectly when viewing inputted password
Access Code screen
Prevented the input of more than one character per input box.
Switching to mobile
We have resolved a crash issue where users decide to cancel the switch to mobile they have initiated.
Rich text fields
We have resolved an issue where rich text was not displaying correctly within forms
Selfie step
We have improved the layout of the selfie step to ensure the guidance text does not overlap the capture image button.
