Sticky filters within the same user session
Previously where filters were applied within the Individuals table - if the user navigated to a different area of the system or used the browser navigation these filters were lost. We have now made changes so that these filters are retained within the same session.
Completion status within CSV export
Completion Status will now be available to include when exporting CSV.
Land Registry checks
We have improved how we use the data provided from the new postcode lookup to ensure we format it correctly to use in the request we make to the Land Registry.
Address lookup user experience improvements - end user
Label added to make it clear to users what the lookup item is for. Postcode lookup only supports UK addresses so we have disabled the search button unless postcode is provided, once a valid UK postcode is provided and search button selected matching Release Note v 3.73.0 addresses will be provided to select from. We have also made improvements to validation and error messaging. International addresses or addresses not found can still be entered manually.
Bugs
Users able to continue without mandatory questions being completed
We have added additional validation to prevent end users being able to proceed where mandatory items have not been completed. This issue was only arising where the client has created the process via the API and entered blank strings within mandatory fields.
Resubmission of supporting documents only
We have made changes so that where supporting documents only are requested for resubmission this does not revert the IDV active check to requested.
Incorrect properties being used for Proof of Ownership
We have rectified an issue where incorrect title registers /plans were being retrieved. This was occurring with properties such as 68a rather than 68 being retrieved.
Non UK passports - document details
We have made improvements to the handling of non UK passports when running NFC reads.
CSV export failures
We have rectified an issue where csv exports were failing where individuals were 'in person' invites.
KYB business report exports (UBOs)
We resolved a mapping issue where some data presented within the portal was not being displayed within the PDF export
