Viewing and manually verifying referred results
Introduction
Sometimes checks cannot be automatically verified, irrespective of the journey sent. This can be for a number of reasons such as:
- The customer has uploaded an incorrect ID document
- There was too much glare when the document was captured
- The liveness could not be verified
- The customer entered a shorter or different name to that of their official government ID.
The video below will guide you through the manual verification process if you are satisfied the customer has provided the necessary evidence.
