Adding a new user

Adding a new user

To add a new user to the Credas platform, you will need to access the Admin Portal. To access it you need to click on the 'Portal' drop down within the header of your portal. You will then be presented with a drop down list. If you cannot see an option for 'Admin Portal', you do not have the relevant permissions and will need to speak to your administrator to add the relevant permissions.

If you would like to learn more about using the Admin Portal, please see our Admin Portal User Guide here.

1. Once you are in the Admin Portal, click on ‘Add new’ located at the top right of the screen.

2. An additional screen will open called ‘Add Client User’ where you will be required to input the new user’s Email, Forename and Surname. If you have User Roles set up within your portal, you can add a user role here in the 'Roles' drop down. If you would like the new user to only see their own invites, instead of all the invites sent out from the portal, tick 'Can see own invites only'.

An email will then be sent to the new user asking them to register with your portal.

Please note, new users only have 24 hours to interact with the invitation and register before it automatically denies access. Should a user be unsuccessful in gaining access to your portal within the allotted time, please click here to see how to reset a user's credentials.
