Does Credas charge for demo API calls?

API requests performed within the Credas Demo environment are non-chargeable provided they are realistic in number and are related to the integration being performed.

 

However, any request made to our proof of ownership & title deed download product that do not use our sandbox data will incur a charge unless advised otherwise. 

 

How long will my integration take?

This depends on the services, configuration & type of integration you are performing. Your project manager will produce a mutually agreed project timeline to ensure all parties are working towards the same timeline. 

 

Who sets up my demo environment?

Your demo environment will be created by your technical contact. You’ll have access to bespoke configuration sessions to discuss any tweaks or amendments. 

 

Who sets up my live environment?

Your production environment will be created by your technical contact once you have signed off your testing within demo. This will be created in line with the agreed specification & timelines. 

 

How do I get access to my environment?

Your technical contact will create your initial portal users however you will have the option to add more as required.  You can generate your API keys within the Credas portal or alternatively these can securely shared with you.

 

How long will it take to setup my environments?

This all depends on specification, but should take no more than a few working days. Your project manager will create a mutually agreed integration timeline. 

 

Can my configuration be customized?

We can offer custom configurations, if you have any queries on what is included please reach out to your sales contact or project manager. 

 

How can I invite my customers to verify their identity?

You can invite your customer via email, SMS or both. Depending on your configuration these invites may be Credas branded or customized. 

 

How long are invites valid for?

We can set your invite validity period to any combination of days, weeks or months. 

 

Can you send automatic reminders?

Yes, we can send automatic email & SMS reminders where a process is incomplete. We can set three values within your configuration e.g. invite day + 1, invite day + 3 and invite day + 5.
