Improvements to PDF Formatting
We have implemented some improvements to reduce the volume of whitespace / blank pages in some of the affected process export PDFs. We have also made some changes to images displayed in the PDF exports to prevent images from being split over two pages.
Source of Funds evidence
Where an end user has uploaded documents to evidence the source of their funds, we have now added a download icon next to each file and also within the file viewer so that clients can download a copy of the file if required.
‘Quick actions’ menu item permissions
We have now linked all menu items on the Quick Actions menu found on the individuals page, to a permission. This will provide additional control over actions users can carry out and can be configured within the individual user settings or on a portal level with the portal settings.
Credas logo update
We are updating the Credas main logo within Connect to incorporate the new Credas Dye & Durham logo as part of the integration project currently being worked on.
Bugs
Issues when leading 0 left off mobile number when sending invite
We have resolved an issue where client users were getting an error when inviting a new individual where the leading 0 was not included in the provided mobile number. We have made changes so that we can accommodate the user either including or excluding the leading 0.
This has been resolved for Portal users – the issue still remains for users accessing the invite wizard via a magic link – we are working on getting this resolved as soon as possible.
Process auto expiry not functioning correctly
We have resolved an issue with the auto expiry of invites to ensure these are now expired in line with the configured settings.
Sanctions & PEPs – Long ‘descriptions’
With certain Sanctions & PEP results – where the description of the sanction was over a certain length, we were unable to store this data and the check was erroring. We have now increased the capacity of this field to avoid these issues occurring.
Notifications for users of multiple portals
We have rectified an issue where users of multiple portals at the same time were failing to receive configured notifications.
Source of Funds – Open Banking showing complete
We have made changes so that if an end user abandons a partially completed Source of Funds process after linking a bank account using Open Banking, the Open Banking check will not show as complete and the SoF process will remain as requested.
Performance improvements
Identifying and addressing a number of solutions
We have spent time investigating and exploring a number of different solutions to reduce some of the performance lags that we have recently experienced within the platform. These are being worked on currently within the development team, with a view to continually improve this area.
