Proof of Ownership - Multiple Title Register results

Where an address returns multiple possible title register results, we have added additional information to help the user decide which register to retrieve.

In addition to showing whether the title is freehold or leasehold, for each result, we will also show whether we also show whether there has been a successful Proof of Ownership check for that address against the individual.

As demonstrated in the example above, this result shows a ‘Pass’ for the Proof of Ownership check on the first result, which suggests that this register will be the correct option for the user to select.

Standardisation of non-ID document uploads

We have added functionality to our app that allows end-users to upload an existing PDF or take a photo of a non-ID document. While this functionality has always been available, it has yet to be consistently applied across all user journeys. We will update our system later this month so it automatically applies to all journeys that request non-ID / supporting documents regardless of their device.

Source of Funds - Evidence downloads

Currently, while you can view any files uploaded as of the Source of Funds journey or export them as a single, there is no option to download them individually.  To address this, we will add a new download icon next to each file displayed, allowing you to download the file. Additionally, when viewing an image or PDF file, the modal will have a download button.

Quick Actions Menu Items Permissions

Within the user permissions sections, you will now be able to control which items within the Quick Action menu a user can access. We have added this functionality to help control which users can export data/reports that may contain sensitive personal information.

New logo

When logging in, you will soon see a new Credas logo that reflects our recent acquisition by Dye & Durham.

Front and back scans in-portal uploads

When uploading an ID document on behalf of your client, the system will now recognise if the document type supports both the front and back of the document. The platform will then present you with the option to upload both sides of the document, with the front scan mandatory and the back scan optional. If you upload both the front and back of the document simultaneously, this will incur only one charge. If you upload the back scan later, this will incur an additional charge of one credit.
