Developments

Proof Of Ownership Checks - Multiple Title Register results

Where there are multiple title register results returned for an address – we have added additional information to help the user decide on the correct register to retrieve. We have added details of the Proof of Ownership result underneath each option – this will show the user if there was a successful check for that address against that individual. Example – This result shows a ‘Pass’ for the Proof of Ownership check on the first result which would suggest that this register will be the correct option for the user to select.

Failed creation of CAPP check via API

Where there has been any outage from a third-party data provider, where the endpoint for creating an entity and running a CAPP check was made using the /api/v2/ci/data-checks/capp endpoint, when the check failed to run the entity was still created. This led to duplicate entities then being created on subsequent attempts. This issue has been resolved and if the check is not run the entity is removed.

PDF export – larger files

We have improved the PDF export to allow for larger files to be embedded with the document. Previously a message would have been displayed advising the file could not be embedded – we have now improved this to display the file within the PDF.

Safe Harbour PDF export

ID document images were rolling over into multiple pages within the Safe Harbour PDF export. This issue has been rectified.

Credas ‘Connect’ Logo Updates

All ‘Connect’ logos have been updated as part of our ongoing integration project worked on with Dye & Durham. We will be continuing to update the logo within other elements including default emails as part of the ongoing project.

Bugs

Process status change webhook

In certain instances the process webhook was inadvertently being triggered when an IDV process was in progress. We have now implemented a fix to prevent notifications being triggered until such time as the process is complete, or explicitly deleted, closed (rejected) or restarted.
