ID Document Validation
We have carried out work to introduce a new ID check called 'Valid Document Type'. This ensures end-users are submitting correct ID documents for the journey you have issued them. For more information please see our guide here - NEW - Valid Document Type : Partner Support .
Ability to use camera roll document for document upload
We have carried out work to allow end-users to upload images from their camera roll when uploading 'evidence'. Previously it would only allow them to upload a document from their files.
Mandatory fields in form
We have carried out work to improve the visability of mandatory fields within a form for an end-user. This matches up behaviour between the web & app. Mandatory fields will have an asterisk displayed.

We have carried out work to improve the formatting of guidance provided during the ID verification step for end-users.
