Logging in




This article discusses how to log into the Credas portal as a routine user.

Depending on the set-up of your portal you will either have a Password & Pin set-up or Microsoft Authentication. Our standard set-up is Password & Pin but after logging in for the first time you should have your 2FA set-up already. 


 

1. Enter the Credas URL into your web browser - www.portal.credas.com

 

2. Enter your email address and password.

 

 

3. If you are using the Password & Pin set-up, you will now be asked to enter your Pin. If you have Microsoft Authentication, you will be asked to input the authentication code. 

 

4. You will now be directed to your portal. 




Forgotten your password or pin?

If you have forgotten your log-in details, click the forgotten log-in details highlighted below. Alternatively, you can ask your portal admin to reset your password or pin using the steps outlined here
