Logging in as a new user

This article offers support on how to log into the Credas portal for the first time. To log into the platform for the first time, you will receive an registration email to set up your account. If you have not received this email, please check for emails from noreply@credas.com and your spam folder or contact your manager/admin user who can re-issue the email to you.

Once you have received your invitation to register as a user, you will need to set up your account using 2FA. You will be presented with one of three options, depending on your portal setup.

  • Password & PIN
  • Microsoft Authenticator App
  • Either (Offers the option to use Password & PIN or Authenticator)

Our default set-up is Password & Pin however you can change your portals 2FA at anytime by contacting support. Once you are registered, we recommend you read the following sections to gain an understanding of using Credas. Alternatively you can read our user guide here.

To summarise, when registering using the Password & Pin option, you will be required to complete the following:

  • Set a new password
  • Set a new Pin
  • Enter your mobile phone number – This is so a unique one-time registration code can be sent to you.

After this initial account registration, you will only be asked for your email address, password and pin when you log into the portal when you next log in. This forms our Two Factor Authentication
