Sending a New Invitation

This guide explains how you can send new checks to an individual on Credas for them to complete themselves, remotely. At Credas we also offer you the ability to run manual checks and in-person checks as well, if needed. To learn more about running manual checks or in-person checks, please click here.

Sending a New Check

To send a new check to an individual, you will need to issue them a journey. A journey is a pre-made check by Credas that contains a set of tasks for the individual to complete (such as identity verification). The journeys you have available to send to an individual are dependent on your sector and reasons for using Credas. Each journey will have a description available to help you understand what is included within it.
