Sending a new invitation to an existing Individual
This article discusses how to send a new journey invitation to an existing individual. You may use this option if the individual has already completed Identity | Address | International Screening and you would like to send them a Source of Funds journey.
To send a new invitation to an Individual that has already been created, simply select the ‘Quick actions’ button from within an ‘Individual’s’ profile, located at the top right hand side of the screen.
1. From the drop down menu, select 'Create a journey' and click on the complete now button.
2. The invitation wizard will open, allowing you to select a journey from the available list.
3. The next screen will display the title of the chosen journey and allow you the option of including a ‘Description’. Adding this will alter the title of the journey, but only per invite. When you are ready to move on, click ‘Next’ at the bottom of the screen.
4. On this screen, you will be required to set the ‘Contact preference’ and by selecting the dropdown menu, you will be able to indicate how you wish the invitation to be sent.
The options are as follows:
- Send an email and an SMS
- Send an email
- Send an SMS
- Don’t send an invite, I’ll complete the process myself. (Find out more about this option here)
Please note – either/both the email address and mobile number need to be input based on your selection.
5. After the selection has been made, you will be able to select ‘Create Invite’ at the bottom of the screen.
5. An invitation has now been sent to your client to complete the requested journey!
