Connect

Masterlist View for User Groups

If you use User Groups to manage invites across multiple offices or departments then you’ll find this new feature very helpful. Our new ‘Masterlist’ view allows you to view all invites across multiple groups in one convenient location.

The new ‘Masterlist’ view can be filtered by 'User Group' to make it easier to find the invites you’re after. This feature can be enabled for your whole portal or on a user-by-user basis through the application settings.

Notifications

Notifications are a key feature of the Connect platform that alert you when checks are completed.

Additional notifications are now available to highlight

  • Liveness results
  • Open Banking results
  • Proof of Ownership results.

The quality of notifications has also been significantly improved. A new “Review” option has been added that will redirect you seamlessly to relevant profile.

Core

Back Scan Support

We're excited to announce a significant enhancement to our portal - the ability to upload back scan images for existing documents. This feature aims to streamline document verification processes and ensure comprehensive assessments through our provider.

With this update, you can now upload a back scan to an existing document directly within your portal. When initiated, the document will undergo re-assessment. During this period, the scan will be temporarily unavailable as it awaits a result. This functionality is particularly useful for documents initially uploaded without a back scan or those requiring additional verification.

Resulting UI Changes

In the image to the right, you will see how the updated interface accommodates this new functionality. Where appropriate, a new back scan upload button will appear if one has not already been captured.

API

Back Scan Support

We have introduced a new parameter to the API's document upload endpoint, allowing API users to include a back scan along with the front scan. This ensures seamless integration for our API users, enabling comprehensive document submissions. Importantly, this parameter is optional, ensuring existing integrations remain unaffected.

Please be aware that the addition of this functionality will incur a charge of one credit per document, regardless of whether a back scan is provided or not. This adjustment ensures fair pricing for all clients without imposing additional costs for utilizing this feature.

We believe these enhancements will significantly improve your experience with our platform, offering greater flexibility and accuracy in document verification processes.
