New Dataset: Profiles of Interest
We’re adding a new dataset, Profiles of Interest, to our International Screening offering.
What are Profiles of Interest?
Profiles of Interest relate to individuals that may not necessarily be classified as Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs) or appear on sanctions lists but are flagged for closer monitoring due to their potential involvement in activities that pose financial or reputational risks.
These profiles are often associated with heightened scrutiny and examples as to why someone may flag as a Profile of Interest include, but are not limited to, the following:
- High-Risk Industries
- Close Associations
- Geographic Risk
What do you need to do?
To include this new dataset in your International Screening journeys, please submit a request via the Partner Support Portal.
For manual PEPs & Sanctions checks, you can enable this dataset by toggling it on during setup as can be seen above.
Please note, Profiles of Interest are not included within our Credas+ Remediation Service
For API Clients
If you’re using our API, you can find instructions on accessing the Profiles of Interest dataset here: International Screening - Run a New Check.
End-User Account Registration on Mobile
For clients utilising End-User Account Registration on the web, we have now extended this functionality to iOS and Android. This means users can seamlessly switch between web and mobile to complete their journeys.
The account registration process follows the same steps as the web version, requiring users to:
- Verify their email address to create an account
- Set up authentication via SMS or an authenticator app
- This enhancement ensures a consistent and secure onboarding experience across all platforms.
Further Enhancements
Expanded Roles in KYB (Company Reports)
We’re enhancing our KYB reports to include additional roles, such as Chairman and President, alongside existing roles like Directors, Secretaries, and Shareholders.
NFC Results on the Individuals Table
NFC results will now display accurately in the customisable Individuals Table when NFC is enabled.
Resending an Invite
The Resend Invite option will now be disabled for individuals who have not previously been sent an invite (for example, those with in-person checks or no journeys assigned) to avoid invitations being sent out with no journey or contact details attached.
Deleting User Groups
You’ll now have the ability to delete user groups that are no longer in use.
Fixes
PDF Generation with Large Volumes of Results
We’re addressing issues where PDFs could not be generated for individuals with high volumes of results (e.g., large PEPs & Sanctions matches).
Open Banking – Savings Pots
Open Banking checks will now support accounts with savings pots, resolving the issue where checks would fail for accounts containing such pots.
