Downloading individual manual checks into one PDF coming January 2025

We're excited to introduce a new feature that allows you to download standalone/individual manual checks into a combined PDF. This enhancement will be available from January 2025.

You will be able to download these new PDF's similar to how you would download your PDF normally, simply navigate to 'Quick Actions', and you will then notice the updated button labelled 'Export PDF Report' as below.

From there, you can choose to

1) Download a PDF of a journey such as the Identity | Address | International Screening journey (Process)

or

2) Download a PDF of your manual checks (Active checks)

When downloading the standalone checks, you will be asked to select which checks you wish to include in the PDF. For more information, please view our knowledge base article on downloading PDF's here.

For API Clients:

We’ve introduced two new endpoints to support this functionality:

1. Retrieve active checks for an entity:
   GET /api/v2/ci/entities/{entityId}/pdf-export/active-check/sections

2. Generate a PDF with the specified active checks:
   POST /api/v2/ci/entities/{entityId}/pdf-export/active-check.
