FAQs in the Credas Portal
We’re excited to introduce a new FAQ section within your Credas portal! This enhancement gives you quick and easy access to answers for common questions, helping you navigate the platform more efficiently.
What’s Changing?
A dedicated FAQ section will now be available directly within your portal.
Find guidance on key features, processes, and troubleshooting—without needing to leave the platform.
Regular updates to ensure you always have the latest information.
What Do You Need to Do
No action is required! The FAQs will automatically appear in your portal. Simply navigate to the new section by clicking the information button in your portal to start exploring.
Do you have your own support resources that you want your users to access instead of our FAQs? No problem, simply get in contact with our support team and we can add a link to your support resources instead.
Active Checks PDF Exports
We are making a change so that the newly created ‘Active Checks’ PDF for exporting your manual checks will always export the most recent checks run. This will ensure clients are able to export the latest most up to date results.
This will be the same when run via the portal or the APIendpoint created.
