Filters
There are multiple ways to filter through the 'Individual' table and can be an efficient tool when narrowing the search for a customer.

Filtering using the search field
The 'search field' can be located at the top of the screen underneath the portal tabs (shown below).
Simply enter either the name, phone number or email address of the customer you wish to search for. The list of available 'Individuals' will be narrowed down if any matches are returned.

Filtering by 'Status'
There is also the ability to search by status and in selecting the dropdown menu (shown below).
The options available to filter by are the following:
- Active
- Expired
- Inactive
- Invite bounced
- Invited
- Not invited
Simply select the relevant check boxes in order to action the filter and click 'Apply'. The list of available 'Individuals' will be narrowed down if any matches are returned.

Filtering by 'ID type'
By selecting the 'ID type' drop down, you will be able to filter by ID document (shown below).
Select the relevant check boxes and click 'Apply'. The list of available 'Individuals' will be narrowed down if any matches are returned.

Filtering by 'All filters'
When selected, 'All filters' will display a complete set of filtering options (shown below).
The categories to filter by are as follows:
- Status
- Tags (please see the 'Tags' article to learn more)
- ID type
- Journey
- Folders (please see the 'Folders' article to learn more)
- Invited by (shows a list of users in the portal)
