Expiring Invites
We offer the ability to expire invitations you send to clients, so if they have not completed their check within a certain amount of time, your client will no longer be able to access or complete the check.
To do this, you will need to access the settings tab within your portal, which can be seen below.
Once you are in the settings tab, click into 'Invite rules'.
You can then set your expiry rules up under the 'Expire invites' section. Please note - the expiry rules will apply to all invitations sent from the portal, until switched off.
