Dashboard
Within your portal, we offer the ability to see a high-level overview of the checks that are being sent out, in the form of a dashboard. Your dashboard can be accessed through the 'Dashboard' tab within the Portal header.
If you cannot see the Dashboard tab, please contact our support team who can turn this on for you.
Your dashboard tab will provide information such as how many checks have been sent out, the percentage of Identity Documents your clients have uploaded, any active journeys and more.
